This policy explains how payments for TrustLink's study-abroad consultancy services are structured, and our position on refunds at each stage. Please read this before making a payment — by paying, you agree to the terms below.
This payment secures your seat in the batch and initiates the administrative and academic coordination process on our end. This amount is non-refundable once the batch process has been initiated, as work begins immediately on your behalf.
Upon payment of the first installment, you receive full access to our IELTS preparation modules, login credentials for the relevant institution's portal, and continued academic and application guidance through to submission.
The second and final installment is payable only after you receive your offer letter in hand — so you're only committing the larger portion of the fee once tangible progress is confirmed.
We split fees into stages specifically so you aren't paying the full amount upfront before any real progress is made. The largest portion (second installment) is only due once you have an offer letter — a concrete result — in hand.
