Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of the TrustLink Documentation Services Pvt. Ltd. website and the consultancy services offered by TrustLink. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Nature of Our Services

TrustLink provides guidance and documentation support for study-abroad applications (Italy and Germany), DSU scholarship processes, education loan documentation, and apostille/attestation/legalization services. We assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing documentation — final decisions on admissions, visas, scholarships, and loans rest solely with the relevant university, consulate, government authority, or lending institution.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we apply care and diligence to every application, TrustLink cannot guarantee university admission, visa approval, scholarship award, or loan sanction, as these decisions are made independently by third-party institutions and authorities outside our control.

Client Responsibilities

TrustLink is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information provided by the client, or by processing timelines of universities, consulates, or financial institutions.

Payments

Service fees and payment schedules are communicated directly at the time of engagement. Please refer to our Refund & Payment Policy for details on installments and cancellations.

Confidentiality

Any documents or personal information shared with us are used solely for the purpose of the service you've engaged us for, and are treated as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This is a general-purpose terms template, not a substitute for legal advice. Given you're operating as a registered Pvt. Ltd. company, it's worth having a lawyer review this against your actual client agreements and any regulatory requirements for consultancy or financial-guidance services in India.
